We've been getting this beautiful hoar frost (wikipedia says: Hoar frost refers to the white ice crystals, loosely deposited on the ground or exposed objects, that form on cold clear nights when heat losses into the open skies cause objects to become colder than the surrounding air) recently and I just LOVE it!

A recent trip to Mexico.  For various reasons, I was unable to photograph as much as I'd have liked there, but these give a feel for the color and flavor of this beautiful colonial Mexican city.

 

Here we are! (minus my oldest, Tyler)  Can't believe we will be celebrating our 10th Anniversary next week!  Life is good.

We recently took a trip with my mom to her home country of Finland. It was wonderful seeing her "roots" and Finland is a truly beautiful country. These pictures do not do justice. I wanted to share just a little of what we enjoyed there, though.
